Pencapaian UCI kumulatif di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur tahun 2016-2020 masih berkisar 50%-79,5%. Dengan jumlah desa atau kelurahan sebanyak 190, sedangkan desa atau kelurahan UCI banyak 102. Sehingga cakupannya sebesar 53,7%, masih di bawah target yaitu 90%. Angka UCI menurun cukup banyak dari rahun lalu disebabkan oleh pandemic COVID-19 yang tengah melanda seluruh dunia, serta mobilitas masyarakat Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur yang masih tinggi dan data bayi yang belum riil menyebabkan masih belum tercapainya target UCI imunisasi desa/kelurahan.
